Lindsay Ousley is dedicated to delivering a top-tier real estate experience. Known for her client-focused approach and results-driven mindset, she is a strong advocate for her clients in both residential and commercial transactions. Lindsay also specializes in new construction and guiding clients through a seamless process to help them build the home of their dreams.

A lifelong resident of Howard County, Lindsay is passionate about the community she calls home. For more than 20 years, she has built a thriving career with The Wyman Group, rooted in her deep local knowledge and commitment to service. She earned her degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University Kokomo and continues to invest in the place where she lives, works, and raises her three children with her husband, Ben.

Lindsay is an active community leader who believes in giving back. She serves on the board of directors for the Community Foundation of Howard, Carroll and Clinton Counties, and assists on their grant committee to help direct funding to local nonprofit businesses. In addition, she is the co-chair of the Greater Kokomo Chamber Council, collaborating with fellow leaders to support and strengthen the local business community.

Lindsay enjoys cooking, entertaining, and creating art.  She also finds joy in connecting with and empowering women within her role in the Women’s Business Council and loves volunteering at her church within the children’s ministry.

Shanelle will work hard to help you find the right move for you. Shanelle Cahill was born and raised in Howard County and has been a proud member of The Wyman Group since 2017. She is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the buying and selling process from start to finish, both residentially and commercially. Shanelle has always loved learning and continues to pursue opportunities to expand her real estate knowledge. She is actively involved with the state and local real estate associations, furthering her professional development and network. She is a proud ambassador for the Greater Kokomo Chamber of Commerce, supporting members and businesses. As a local volunteer, she prides herself on helping people find a connection to this community. Shanelle is an avid reader and podcast listener who loves baking, meditating, and playing games with her three children, friends, and family.

Shanelle is passionate about her career and devoted to giving her clients the best real estate service possible. Always happy to answer any questions, she strives to make her clients feel at home working with her and emphasizes her commitment to communication.

Katie joined the team four years ago and currently serves as the team administrator, keeping every detail organized and running smoothly. As a licensed Realtor, she also works closely with her own buyers and sellers, guiding them through each step of the process with care and expertise. She’s passionate about serving others and staying actively involved in her community.

Before obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Purdue University, Katie grew up in Tipton County. She resides in Howard County with her husband, Craig and their two teenagers. Their family recently hosted a German Student studying in the US and would love to have the opportunity to host again. She also enjoys interior design, traveling, and watching her kids swim competitively.

Her attention to detail and organizational skills make her a wonderful team member. Katie knows the difference a great real estate agent can make, and she would love the opportunity to work with you.
