Lindsay Ousley strives to provide a top tier real estate experience. She is client-focused, results-driven, and a strong advocate for her clients when buying and selling residential and commercial properties. She also specializes in new construction, streamlining the process for her clients so they can build the home of their dreams. As a lifetime resident of Howard County, Lindsay believes it is a wonderful place to live and work, which is why she has devoted the past 20+ years to build a thriving real estate career with The Wyman Group.

Lindsay is a strong proponent of being involved and giving back to the community where she grew up, earned a Business Marketing degree from IUK, found a career she loves, and raises her three teenage children with her husband, Ben. Lindsay enjoys cooking, entertaining with her friends and family, and creating works of art. She also finds joy in connecting with and empowering other women within her role in the Women’s Business Council and loves volunteering at her church within the children’s ministry.

Shanelle will work hard to help you find the right move for you. Shanelle Cahill was born and raised in Howard County and has been a proud member of The Wyman Group since 2017. She is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the buying and selling process from start to finish, both residentially and commercially. Shanelle has always loved learning and continues to pursue opportunities to expand her real estate knowledge. She is actively involved with the state and local real estate associations, furthering her professional development and network. She is a proud ambassador for the Greater Kokomo Chamber of Commerce, supporting members and businesses. As a local volunteer, she prides herself on helping people find a connection to this community. Shanelle is an avid reader and podcast listener who loves baking, meditating, and playing games with her three children, friends, and family.

Katie joined the team four years ago and currently serves as the team administrator, keeping every detail organized and running smoothly. As a licensed Realtor, she also works closely with her own buyers and sellers, guiding them through each step of the process with care and expertise. She’s passionate about serving others and staying actively involved in her community.

Before obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Purdue University, Katie grew up in Tipton County. She resides in Howard County with her husband, Craig and their two teenagers. Their family recently hosted a German Student studying in the US and would love to have the opportunity to host again. She also enjoys interior design, traveling, and watching her kids swim competitively.

Her attention to detail and organizational skills make her a wonderful team member. Katie knows the difference a great real estate agent can make, and she would love the opportunity to work with you.

Bailey graduated from Lewis Cass High School and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resources from Indiana University Kokomo. Born and raised in Cass County, Bailey now lives in Howard County with her husband, Kaleb; their playful golden retriever, Maple; and their sassy orange cat, Finn. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, playing tennis and spending quality time with friends and family.
